Original Biltong 100g

Fantastic tasting chilli biltong. 100% UK and Irish beef. 
On average biltong typically contains over 50% protein per 100g. Our biltong is made from fresh topside beef and is kept frozen for freshness. 

Our biltong is cured in specially designed, micro controlled environment, then sliced, packaged and immediately frozen. This means there is only one ingredient left to make the biltong perfect is You!

Depending on how dry you like your biltong, leave it in an open bowl for up to three days in cool, dry aired environment. Or use an open paper bag, like you would bread.

Storage instructions: Keep frozen while in the bag

Preparation: Open bag and put biltong in bowel or paper bag to continue to dry / breathe.

Ingredients; Beef, sea salt, brown sugar, black pepper, coriander & other spices. Balsamic Vinigar (cooked grape  must, concentrated Grape must, red wine vinigar) Contains Sulphites
