Fantastic tasting chilli biltong. 100% UK and Irish beef. 
On average biltong typically contains over 50% protein per 100g. Our biltong is made from fresh topside beef and is kept frozen for freshness. 

Our biltong is cured in specially designed, micro controlled environment, then sliced, packaged and immediately frozen. This means there is only one ingredient left to make the biltong perfect. You! Depending on how dry you like your biltong, you can leave it in an open bowl for up to three days in cool, dry aired environment.

If you want to keep it for longer, pop it into the freezer and keep frozen for freshness.

Ingredients; Beef, sea salt, brown sugar, black pepper, coriander, 

chilli powder, chilli flakes, potassium sorbate, ascorbic acid & other spices.
